PREPARATION
1. Launch Paint Shop Pro and open both tubes
2. Shift+D on each of the tubes to duplicate them
3. Close both original tubes
4. Minimize the non-misted tube
Choosing colors
Best if these blend with the misted background tube
Add each to the Swatch Palette as you choose it
5. Activate the Dropper Tool (E)
6. Left click a darker color in the misted background tube to set the Foreground and
Stroke Color in the Materials Palette
7. Right click a lighter shade of the color or another color that blends well with it to
set the Background and Fill Color in the Materials Palette
8. Set the Foreground and Stroke Properties to Gradient Settings:
Foreground-Background

Invert is not checked
Style is linear
9. Set the Background and Fill Properties to Gradient Settings:

5. Resize it and place it as desired
6. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow Settings:
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 60
Blur: 20 or so
Color: black
Shadow on new layer is not checked
7. Layers>New Raster Layer
8. Add you credit(S)
9. Layers>Merge>Merge All (Flatten)
10. File>Save As a JPEG and as the letter header
11. Add both pieces to Letter Creator
